  • Full Package Doula Services include:

    • Two (1-2 hr) prenatal appointments

    • Unlimited support via text/phone call throughout pregnancy

    • Unlimited, on call, hands-on support during labor and birth

    • One (3 hr) by-your-side support postpartum appointment

  • Downsized Doula Services Include:

    • One (1 hr) prenatal appointment

    • Unlimited support via text/call througout pregnancy

    • On call, hands on support during active labor only

    • One (1 hr) by your side postpartum appointment

  • Virtual Doula includes:

    • Two (1 hr) prenatal appointments

    • Unlimited support via text/call throughout pregnancy

    • Unlimited, on call, virtual support during labor and birth

    • One (1 hr) postpartum appointment

  • Baby Shower Doula $100+ : Let me help you plan and create the baby shower of your dreams. Package options can include:

    • Balloon arches

    • Food/charcuterie boards

    • Writing/sending thank you cards

    • Unpackaging/ Putting away/ Learning how to use gifts

    Postpartum Pal $90+: Options for added postpartum support. Package options can include:

    • Weekly visits to clean bottles, wash laundry, help with housework, cook meals, provide support.

    • Babysitting to provide date nights, “me time” for mama, or even just a shower!

    • Meal prep/ Freezer meals/ Fresh meals
